Scope of Contract: SeaPort-Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle sponsored by the United States Department of the Navy (DON). SeaPort NxG helps the Navy procure innovative engineering and program management services in support of numerous departments including the Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps.

Seaport-NXG has two broad categories, Engineering Services and Program Management Services, with 23 functional area subcategories. These subcategories may be performed under this contract for new and existing product areas, programs, or missions.

Optimized Ordering - The SeaPort NxG portal provides a system for soliciting, awarding, and administering task orders that efficiently connects relevant government agencies with more than 2,000 large and small businesses.

Socioeconomic Goals – With a contractor base of more than 85% pre-qualified small business vendors, hitting every socio-economic category including Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), SBA 8(a), and Small Business – any USN office can easily meet or exceed their socioeconomic goals.

Pricing Options – Seaport NxG has a $5 Billion annual ceiling with flexible contract types including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), and Cost-Plus Award Fee (CPAF).
