Contract Type: Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

Task Order Types: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Labor-Hour, and Hybrids of any of these types, e.g., FFP with T&M Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs)

Geographic Coverage: Domestic Delivery Only—The geographic scope of this contract is the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Washington DC, and U.S. Territories.

Ordering Period: March 8, 2024 through March 7, 2029

Prompt Payment Terms: Net 30. Information for Ordering Offices: Prompt payment terms cannot be negotiated out of the contractual agreement in exchange for other concessions.
